Return Policy
Our services are non-returnable once delivered. However, we offer one round of revisions on final work within 7 days of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered under specific conditions, such as if the final deliverable is significantly different from the agreed-upon scope of work or contains clear, unaddressed errors after revisions have been provided. Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal taste or preference changes) after the work has been completed and approved by the client.
Revisions: We provide one round of revisions after the initial delivery to ensure the final product meets the client's expectations. All revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If no revision requests are submitted within this period, the project will be considered complete, and no refunds or further revisions will be provided.
Disputes: If you are not satisfied after the revision process, you may submit a formal dispute within 7 days after the final revision is delivered. We will review the dispute and respond within 10 business days. In cases where mutual agreement cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be used as the final resolution, with costs shared by both parties.
Non-Refundable Services: Services such as consultation, creative planning, or any work performed before the official start of the production phase are non-refundable. Once work has started on any phase of the project, partial refunds may only be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the proportion of the project already completed.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service agreement up to 48 hours before work begins without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of 25% of the agreed project cost to cover preparation and scheduling time.
